By booking carpet cleaning services with LiheQuXarifa, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our professional carpet cleaning services are provided to residential and commercial customers throughout Penang, Malaysia.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if access to carpets is restricted, or if payment arrangements cannot be confirmed.
Service appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of RM 50.
We provide estimated arrival times and will contact you if delays occur. Access to the property and carpets must be available during scheduled service times.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late payment charges.
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may change if carpet conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional services are required.
We guarantee satisfaction with our carpet cleaning services. If you're not completely satisfied, we will return within 7 days to re-clean affected areas at no additional charge.
Our guarantee covers cleaning quality but does not extend to carpet damage from normal wear, permanent stains, or pre-existing conditions noted during initial inspection.
LiheQuXarifa carries comprehensive liability insurance for carpet cleaning operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of carpet replacement or repair, not exceeding the service fee paid.
We are not responsible for damage to carpets with pre-existing wear, color bleeding from poor dye quality, or shrinkage of natural fiber carpets. Such conditions will be noted during inspection.
Customers must remove fragile items and personal belongings from carpeted areas before service begins. We recommend vacuuming loose debris, though this can be included in our service for an additional fee.
Please inform us of any specific stains, pet accidents, or carpet concerns before service begins to ensure proper treatment methods are used.
Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed despite professional treatment. We will assess stain removal possibilities during inspection and advise on expected results.
Drying times vary based on carpet type, humidity, and ventilation. We provide estimated drying times but cannot guarantee exact timeframes due to environmental factors.
